Here are some sample screen shots of the Customer Extranet in use.
	Secure access via Log-on Screen
			Access to the system is restricted to registered users who have a user id and password. The service is only available to customers who have a credit account. If you wish to register for this service now then click here. Not all of the options will be available to all customers. We will inform you upon registration what options you may use.
	Parts Inquiry with option to add to basket
			The parts inquiry screen allows you to select the manufacturer and then key some/all of the part number. When you have found the part you require you simply click the part number to display pricing and availability. If you wish to you then add the parts to your shopping basket.
	Order confirmation
			The next stage is to convert your shopping basket into an order. You enter your order number and select delivery method and urgency. When you complete the order you will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail.
	View a list of previous orders
			You can view the status of your orders on-line at any time. Clicking on the symbol will provide full details of the respective order.
	View details a selected order
			You can see the full details of the order. If the order is not completed you can send an automatic request for an update at the click of a button.
	Service reports - List of machines
			Our on-line service reports have been available for a some time now. This screen show details of your machines. When you click on the symbol a list of jobs carried out for that particular machine is displayed. (see below)
	Service Reports - View jobs and details of a selected machine
			Full details about the selected machine are shown. These include serial number, engine number, date installed, etc.. Also a list of jobs carried out on the machine is displayed. Again using the symbol displays more specific information about each either the work carried out, the parts used or the other charges for each job. You will only see the prices where you paid for the job. Warranty Jobs and Mitchell Jobs (contracted hire machines only) will not display pricing information.
	Update your personal details and password on-line
			You can also amend your personal details via the web site in order that we have the most up to date contact information for you. You also change your password on this screen.
